Refund policy

In the event a performance is cancelled, a Credit for the price of the ticket(s) booked for that date (minus the $2.50 non‑refundable handling fee for online purchases) will be issued to your account.  You will be contacted directly by Streetlight Theatre and will then have the option of obtaining a refund back to your Credit Card, or turning the ticket purchase into a tax receiptable donation to Streetlight Theatre Company, or having a Credit remain on your account with STC (in the form of a Gift Certificate) for future ticket purchases.

Tickets are non-refundable.
